Four read-only agents swept everything (root, all dirs, 248 non-challenge jokes, all 3,218 Apple Notes, developed core). Key facts: ~215 un-ingested Apple Notes since June 13 (untagged = unprocessed; 4 mic transcripts among them un-mined); the finishing funnel narrows 40:1 (3,218 captures → 77 worked → ~15 with performance data, all from one April 12 potluck); 18 duplicate clusters in `jokes/`; 68 "Addendum to…" fragments awaiting joins; 2 one-liner dump files holding ~50 uncatalogued one-liners; `Apple Notes/tax.md` holds a plaintext password (flagged for deletion). Key finding: **beats 3 (who I want to be) and 6 (how I succeed) are the thin ones** — the thesis button ("deserve a woman I don't deserve") and a sincere resolution are still unwritten; every other beat is over-stocked (the job there is cutting). Codified the Karpathy loop into six local skills (`ingest`, `query`, `setlist`, `inquisition`, `lint`, `save`), added this hot cache + a `log.md`, typed templates, and a frontmatter schema. No material was ingested or rewritten this session — structure only.
