asking vs guessing asker guesser

Are you an asker or a guesser?

The way it was explained to me is that people who guess, won't ask if they think the answer is no. And that leads to a lot of people not asking because they think they know the answer, and that's bullshit by every measurable bullshit category.

"No I don't want to come to your bringer show at 2AM in the valley." "Thank you for not asking"

And of course that's common sense to some people.

I'm not sure about my common sense so let's see if I can come up with a clever question.

Is anybody in here looking for a friend? I'm just asking, because I don't want to guess. And you definitely don't want me to guess, because I'd probably guess none of you want to be my friend.

Fuck this asking thing is hard.
