abortion argument with dad at 15

I once got into an argument with my parents about abortion. I was 15 and heard the word a couple of times, and I did my research. The research of a 15 year old: Google and Reddit and Tumblr.

And I don't want to say what stance my dad had on the matter, but let's just say I picked the other side.

Now, mind you, I didn't understand yet that as a man, I forfeit my right to comment on what a woman can do with her body. But as a 15 year old, I was pretty sure I knew what I was talking about.

Now I argued for abortion, because of all the logical reasons, but my dad just ended the conversation really quickly, which sucked because I was about to recite all the biblical reasons a woman could get an abortion. Like if they felt like it.

But my dad wasn't having any of it. He just angrily and calmly pointed out that I was a prude
